A/B tests

Previous topic Next topic JavaScript is required for the print function

This tab lists the A/B tests defined for the currently selected document, including those that are running, finished or scheduled to take place in the future. Related information is displayed for each test, such as the current testing status, time interval and culture. The Conversions column displays the total number of conversions generated on the website by visitors who viewed the current page during the course of the test, i.e. users who were assigned to one of the test's page variants.

A new A/B test can be defined for the document by using the NewABTest New test link. Existing tests may be edited (Edit) or deleted (Delete) using the appropriate actions.

Each document (page) may have only one A/B test running at a given time. It is however possible to have multiple finished or disabled tests assigned to a page, which can be used to archive data from previous tests or when preparing future tests. Different culture versions of a page may each have a different test running at the same time.

The listed A/B tests can be filtered according to their name, the original page for which they are defined or the time interval during which they are scheduled. After clicking the ArrowBottom icon in the header of the Actions column, a context menu is displayed, offering options for export of listed data to various types of files.
