Here you can see a list of the subscribers of all newsletters on the current site. You can manage the items in the list using the appropriate icon on the left side - edit () and delete (). New subscribers can be created by using the New subscriber link.

 

Subscribers in the list can be filtered by their name, e-mail address or depending on whether they are blocked or active. After clicking the icon in the header of the Actions column, a context menu is displayed, offering options for export of listed data to various types of files.

 

If the Monitor bounced e-mails setting is enabled for the current site (in Site Manager -> Settings -> On-line marketing -> Newsletters), individual subscribers additionally have their corresponding amount of e-mail bounces displayed and they may be manually Blocked () or Unblocked () from receiving further newsletter issues. If a subscriber is unblocked, their bounce count is reset to zero.

 

To block or unblock individual subscribers assigned through a role or contact group, edit () the given role or contact group and switch to the Users or Contacts tab respectively.

 

If you wish to manage only the subscribers of a specific newsletter, this can be done by editing () it on the Newsletters tab and then switching to its Subscribers tab.
