Stylesheet display name

Name used for the stylesheet.

Stylesheet code name

A unique name used to identify the stylesheet (e.g. in code).

Stylesheet text

Here you can enter the definitions of the classes contained in the stylesheet (using standard CSS code). This field uses the code editor to make working with the code more user‑friendly.

If you enter a comment into your CSS style sheet in format: /* #some comment# */ and save the sheet, this comment will appear in the text area on the right. With this you can specify sections in your sheet and you can find them easily by clicking on the appropriate item in the right text area.

Notes:

Any changes made to the code of the stylesheet must be confirmed by clicking the Save Save button. You can also Check out (CheckOut) the stylesheet to a file and edit it in an external editor. After this you can check the stylesheet back in (CheckIn) or undo the checkout using the appropriate buttons.

CSS style changes will take effect after you clear the browser cache and/or restart the application (Site Manager -> Administration -> System -> Restart application).
